Conference Privacy Note

Your privacy and the protection of your personal data is important to us. This Privacy Notice explains the type of personal data Takeda may collect from you and how we use it.

Takeda is a globally operating group of companies. The Takeda enterprise includes the parent company Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited, and its affiliated entities (together “Takeda”or “We”). Your data will be collected and further processed by Takeda Pharma AB, Box 30143, 104 25 Stockholm, in relation to organizing Nordic Rare Summit Disease 2023. We may process the following types of personal data such as name, email, country and other contact information, type of attendance at the event, your role and allergies for the purpose of arranging the Nordic RareDisease Summit 2023.

Our use of your personal data as described above is based on your consent.

We may share your information with Takeda affiliates and subsidiaries, only in connection with the Nordic Rare Disease Summit 2023.

The sharing of your personal data may involve transfers to other countries. The data protection laws in these countries may not provide the same level of protection as your home country. Takeda will put in place safeguards to adequately protect your personal data in connection with such transfers, including contractual protections for which you may request additional information from us.

We keep your personal data for up to 12 months after participation in the conference at which point all data will be securely deleted unless you provide your consent for us to contact you for other purposes in which case we will store your personal data for as long as we maintain a business relationship with you or you withdraw your consent.

You have the right to request access to, rectification and deletion of your personal data or that its use be restricted. To exercise these rights please:
